Cognitive-Learning Skills Clinician- Part Time to Full Time

Our center is currently hiring a Cognitive Educational Clinician to assist with the education of children with special needs and the administration of different special education programs. We are seeking a qualified professional who will make this position their passion and will play an active role in helping our students achieve academic success.
This is a regular part to full time job in a fun, supportive environment with amazing staff that will enable you to become a skilled tutor, changing the lives of struggling students. **Summer Hours of Operation: M-F 8-6pm :
**September- May Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9-7 pm & Saturdays 8-3 pm (must be able to work onsite) :
**Minimum availability of 4 weekdays, Fridays required.

We specialize in one-to-one cognitive learning therapy for students of all ages with dyslexia and other learning and attention challenges. Using a variety of specialized programs and techniques, we help students become truly confident, independent learners by improving underlying processing skills such as auditory and visual processing, attention, memory, and reasoning; and remediating reading, spelling, writing, and math skills.
Responsibilities (at entry level):
- Update lesson plans
- Update student records
- Teach students one-on-one
- Collaborate with other clinicians
- Monitor student progress
- Implement brain-training programs to develop cognitive skills
We work on a Tier system where advancement in Tiers come with a pay increase. Advancement is through mastery of programs and skills. At your own pace.
