Precision of New Hampton is seeking a driven, competitive Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick sales cycle environment. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by actively prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails

Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate strong interest

Understand customer needs and effectively present solutions

Close sales and consistently meet or exceed annual revenue goals

Manage and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory

Support and manage new accounts after the sale

Travel to visit customers, distributors, and trade shows (2–4 trips per year, 1–3 days each)

Requirements:

Proven sales experience with strong phone presence

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
