Job Summary
Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8 AM until 4:30 PM and Friday 8 AM until 4 PM. We ask that you be there 15 mins before we open to get ready for the day. The applicant will be the face of our company by greeting our customers as they come into the office and talking with our customers over the phone, thru email and in person. They must treat each customer with respect and hear what the customer is asking. They would also be keeping the office clean, stocked and making sure that everything is filed each day.
Responsibilities and Duties
They must be able to handle our multi-phone line system properly. Check emails and responding to the e-mails. Greet each customer that comes into the office and either take their order or direct them the proper person to help them. When a job is complete, they will need to be able to input the order into the computer and notify the customer that there order is complete and ready for pickup. They will also cash out walk in customers throughout the day. In-between helping customers, answering phone calls and checking e-mail, they will also type and send quotes out for projects that we are bidding on. They will be ordering and keeping items stocked up.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to read a tape measure properly. Needs to be a fast learner, because this can be a fast pace environment. Really needs to know how to do math calculations. Very organized, listens to directions that are given and be able to multitask. Computer skills include Microsoft 365, Quickbooks and POS program. A back ground in the construction industry is preferred.
