LNY Wig Boutique in West Palm Beach is seeking a Customer Service/ Retail Receptionists/ Admin.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Sales assistance in helping customers try on wigs
- Perform all other office tasks
- Marketing assistance
- Data entry
- client care
- Assist Social Media Marketing Efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow established procedures
Work hours will be on Tuesday thru Saturday from 9am to 5pm
Hair, wig or beauty experience is helpful but not required. Professional appearance, exceptional phone skills, dependability, honesty, trainability and positive mental attitude are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
