We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, organization, professionalism, and follow-through to every patient interaction. Someone who doesn’t just answer phones or schedule appointments, but helps patients feel confident, cared for, and clear on their next step.

From the first phone call through check-out, you’ll help guide patients through their experience at our clinic. You’ll answer questions, coordinate schedules, verify insurance, collect payments, and help patients stay committed to their plan of care.
As our practice grows, we need someone who can help create a front office experience that is organized, welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered.
What You’ll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling
- Convert incoming inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations
- Respond quickly and warmly to phone calls, emails, and patient questions
- Follow up with patient leads and help them take the next step toward care
- Build and maintain an efficient schedule that supports patient success and clinic growth
Insurance & Financial Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
- Explain coverage, deductibles, and co-pays clearly and professionally
- Collect payments at check-in and check-out
- Help patients understand their financial responsibilities with kindness and confidence
Case Management & Data Accuracy
- Enter and update patient information accurately in the EMR
- Maintain organized electronic charts
- Support documentation flow with referral sources, physicians, and case managers when needed
- Keep patient records complete, accurate, and up to date
Front Office Operations
- Welcome and check in patients while creating a calm, positive front desk experience
- Monitor the daily schedule and communicate with the clinical team throughout the day
- Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve attendance
- Help keep the clinic running smoothly during busy days
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1+ years of front desk, medical office, Patient Care Coordinator, or healthcare administrative experience
- Communicate with clarity, kindness, and confidence
- Have experience with scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, EMR systems, and collecting co-pays
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing your professionalism
- Enjoy problem-solving, organization, and patient communication
- Take ownership of your work and care about doing things the right way
- Want to be part of a team where your role has a direct impact on patient care and clinic success
What You’ll Receive
- Pay: $17-$21 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
