Domino's Pizza Hawaii is seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team.
DELIEVERY POSITIONS
$16 base pay plus Tips and Mileage Reimbursement(if you use your own vehicle.) Team members will average anywhere between $20 to $30 per hour)
As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our deliveries reach our customers safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily route deliveries, following the most efficient and safe path.
- Load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Collect payments from customers, as needed.
- Perform routine vehicle checks if using a company vehicle and report any maintenance needs to management.
- Help and assist all "in-store" staff with duties as assigned or delegated.
- Communicate effectively with our dispatch team.
- Adherent to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. comfortably.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.
- Must be 18+ years of age with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PIZZA MAKER/CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS/SHIFT LEADS/AMs-GMs
$16 base pay plus Tips for entry level CSRs, Shift Leads and AMs - $17 to $19 and for Management $20-$25 per hour with other benefits.
We are looking for Pizza Makers/Cashiers and leaders with hustle, personality, and people skills, greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, and providing outstanding customer service.

Available Shifts
· Morning - 9-9:30 am to 2 pm (PT), 9-9:30 am to 5:30 pm (FT)
· Afternoon - 11 am to 4 pm (PT)
· Evening - 4-5 pm to 8-9 pm (PT), 4 pm to close (FT)
· Late Night - 8-9 pm to close (PT)
