We are actively hiring a Full-Time Shift Leader with open availability to support all shifts, lead the team, and grow into higher-level management opportunities within our organization.
Upcoming Interview Days
We will be holding interviews on Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Pay & Total Earnings
- Earn up to $17.00/hour total (Base Pay + Tips, based on experience)
- Tips are added every day!
- Stable, consistent income
Schedule & Availability
- Full-Time position
- Open availability required (Must be available for open, mid, and closing shifts)
- Weekend availability required
- Fast-paced, high-volume environment
What You’ll Do
- Lead shift operations and manage floor flow
- Assign tasks and support team performance
- Maintain speed of service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure food safety, store cleanliness, and company standards
- Coach and encourage Crew Members during shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Prior shift lead, supervisor, or keyholder experience preferred (6+ months)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- ServSafe certification preferred (training available)
- Must be 18+ to operate slicing equipment
