- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality product photography for use across the company website, ensuring accurate representation, consistency, and visual appeal.
- Capture and edit additional visual content including lifestyle imagery, promotional photography, educational videos, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling assets.
- Produce and edit video content for website, blog, social media platforms, and YouTube, optimizing for engagement and platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and marketing team to develop visual concepts aligned with strategic initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage lighting, audio, equipment setup, and studio operations to maintain professional production standards.
- Organize, catalog, and optimize digital media assets for web performance and platform specifications.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and overall impact.
- Quality and consistency of product photography across the website.
- Timely delivery of photo and video assets.
- Engagement and performance of visual content across website and social platforms.

- 2–5+ years of professional photo/video production experience.
- Experience creating content for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Frequent standing and movement during shoots.
Occasional lifting and setup of photography and video equipment.
Continuous computer use for editing and post-production.
- Introductory Review – Conducted approximately 80 days after employment to assess initial performance and fit.

Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility as required to meet project deadlines and company objectives.
