Job Title: LPN / LVN – LTC
Location: Charlevoix, MI
Shift: Days 12 hr days 36 hour guaranteed
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care (assessment, planning, evaluation)
- Supervise CNAs and support staff
- Maintain patient safety and care standards
- Follow facility policies and State Nurse Practice Act
Requirements:
- 2+ years of LTC/SNF or Med Surg experience
- Active Michigan LPN License
- BLS – AHA or Red Cross
- COVID Vaccine
- Previous Travel Experience
Pay: $1,700.00 per week
