We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! Coordinates the ordering and supply of materials for each project; visits potential clients to provide quotes for potential minor jobs; visits active job sites; coordinates and issues instructions to the crew; supervises labor, scheduling, and project progress; coordinates subcontractors; generates progress and status reports; and manages all matters related to the workers under their supervision (attendance, accuracy, and task assignment).
We are a growing company currently expanding our work into Texas. As we take on several major projects out of state, we are seeking a reliable individual and crew members to oversee and manage our Albuquerque office during this time.

Responsibilities:
- Visit clients who contact us regarding potential projects.
- Take notes, measurements, and photographs, and create sketches or reference drawings.
- Advise the client on potential project requirements (permits, blueprints, recommendations for executing the project in compliance with current regulations—where applicable—estimated completion time, etc.).
- Be punctual and maintain a professional appearance during client meetings.
- Be capable of accessing confined spaces or climbing onto roofs (provided it is safe to do so) to conduct inspections and gather site data.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project—from planning and execution through to completion—coordinating with the Crew Leader whenever scheduling conflicts require your absence.
- Allocate resources based on project progress.
- Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
- Interact with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Adhere to the project's allocated budget.
- Ensure the availability of all required materials.
- Receive and inspect materials to verify their acceptability.
- Maintain quality standards throughout project execution, ensuring strict adherence to original blueprints and specifications.
- Adhere to the company's professional image standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in framing, concrete, stucco, roofing, and various types of flooring (tile, LVT, vinyl, etc.).
Familiarity with the use of construction tools.
Strong leadership and motivational qualities.
Solid negotiation skills.
Basic mathematical skills (tape measure usage, calculating square footage, cubic footage, etc.).
Deadline-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
Experience in construction and industry procedures.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred, but not required).
Job is Full-Time. Pay rate will be determined during the interview.
