Responsibilities
- Safely operate a TLC licensed vehicle to transport passengers across designated routes or on-demand trips
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling luggage if needed
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required by TLC regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before shifts to ensure operational safety and compliance
