Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our Home Division and provide home-based ABA therapy in the Concord and Manchester areas. This position offers approximately 20–30 hours per week, with opportunities to transition into a full-time role. The specific schedule will depend on client needs and will be discussed during the interview process.
The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills. This position includes a mandatory 40-hour paid training for individuals who are not certified RBTs or do not have prior ABA therapy experience.
This role involves working closely with clients and their families while maintaining high standards of client care and accurate clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide patient care with empathy, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
