Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Tech + Snow Removal
Pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers.
- Trim and edge lawns using commercial string trimmers.
- Blow off sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots after mowing.
- Install mulch, plants, shrubs, and landscape materials.
- Assist with landscape cleanups and seasonal property maintenance.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at every job site.
- Perform daily inspections of trucks and equipment.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- During the winter season, assist with snow removal by spreading salt and plowing walkways possiby movign up to operating trucks with snow plows, as needed.
Qualifications
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is a plus.
- Snow plow experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays during snow events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop every day.
