No roofing experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior remodeling projects.
Build trust by providing honest recommendations and excellent customer service.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
Prepare estimates and guide homeowners through the sales process.
Follow projects from signed contract through completion to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Desire to build a long-term career with a growing company.
