HC Roots is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one overnight skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Cohutta, GA. This position is ideal for an RN looking for consistent overnight hours while making a meaningful impact in the life of one child and their family.

Position Details
Location: Cohutta, GA 30710
Pay: $53-$55 per hour
Schedule:
- 2-3 Overnight Shifts Per Week
- 8-12 Hour Shifts
- Approximately 24-36 Hours Per Week
- Flexible scheduling available

Diagnosis/Skilled Needs:
- Tracheostomy Dependent
- Seizure Disorder
- G-Tube Dependent
Responsibilities
As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide one-on-one overnight skilled nursing care
- Monitor and manage the patient's tracheostomy
- Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered
- Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately
- Perform ongoing nursing assessments throughout the shift
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with the patient's family and HC Roots Clinical Team
- Follow the physician's plan of care while ensuring a safe and comfortable overnight environment

Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Experience with tracheostomy care required
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Experience with seizure management and G-tube care preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
