We are seeking an exceptional private tutor for our son for a consistent schedule of approximately 30 hours per week.
About the Student
- Bright, curious, and highly capable
- Neurodivergent (ADHD and autism)

Role
- One-on-one, in-person tutoring
- Reinforce core academics (reading, writing, math)
- Build executive functioning skills (focus, organization, task management)
- Break down complex concepts into manageable steps
- Create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
- Provide regular updates on progress
Schedule
- ~30 hours/week (weekday-focused; flexibility preferred)
- Long-term, consistent engagement
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with ADHD, autism, or neurodivergent learners strongly preferred
- Background in education, special education, psychology, or similar
- Patient, calm, and highly engaging
- Able to adapt teaching style to individual learning needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation
