Ours is a beautiful residential setting for women religious (Dominican Sisters) where we provide care grounded in our philosophy of fullness of life, focusing on a holistic approach to supporting our Sisters. We are not a skilled nursing environment. Your work will ensure the general health and well-being of the Sister residents through delivery of high quality supportive services that are consistent with our wellness philosophy.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team, under the guidance of our Nurse Manager, providing personal care to our Sisters. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, responsible, and sensitive to the needs of others. Your contributions will help maintain a loving and respectful environment for our resident Sisters, honoring their lives and ensuring their well-being.
We offer a stable schedule of 16 hours every weekend, from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM, with rotating holiday shifts, and some weekday availability. Your experience working with seniors is valued here.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving, specifically in senior care
- Proficiency in providing personal care, including assistance with ADLs
- Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's and memory care needs may be preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and uphold residents' rights
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and behavior management techniques
Pay: $19.00 per hour
