Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to guests while expertly crafting beverages and managing food and drink orders. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining experiences that keep customers excited to return.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and specialty drinks
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to delight guests
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management
- Assist in food service when needed, including serving dishes and handling banquet or catering events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with fine dining or Asian cuisine experience
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of beverage recipe development, wine selection, brewing techniques, and craft beer trends
- Food safety certification and adherence to health regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Experience with food handling, serving, catering events, banquet service, or food industry roles is highly desirable

Pay: $22.64 - $40.00 per hour
