Ashley's Childcare is looking for the right person to join our team! This is a career for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and understands that early childhood education is both rewarding and demanding.
This position is not for everyone. Our days are busy, active, loud, and high-energy. We care for (multi-age) infants through to 4 years of age, so the environment is naturally high sensory and requires someone who is calm, patient, nurturing, and able to stay positive even during challenging moments.

~ Is reliable and has excellent attendance.
Our daily routine includes:
*Curriculum and learning activities
*Hands-on play
*Meals and snacks
* Rest time
* Outdoor play
*Lots of nurturing, teaching, guiding, and supporting children throughout the day
Requirements:
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Safe Sleep Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- PDL level 1-4
- Background check
- Annual required training
- Ability to meet Oklahoma licensing requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children throughout the day

* One reserved childcare spot for one child (if needed).
*Monday-Friday schedule with hours between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
