Minty Dental Boutique is looking for an energetic, professional, and compassionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago!

Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments using Open Dental (or similar dental software).
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to schedule appointments and follow up on treatment.
Help promote the practice through patient outreach, social media, and marketing initiatives.
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance claims.
Present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and collect payments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Assist with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and electronic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
Respond to patient questions professionally and create an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator (required).
Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment coordination is preferred.
