Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO & AI Search Marketing Specialist to increase organic visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our presence across Google and AI-powered search platforms.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating leads. They should also understand how brands can improve visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other AI-driven search experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on rankings, traffic, and qualified leads.
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and address indexing, speed, mobile, and crawlability issues.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites.
- Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Develop backlink and authority-building strategies.
- Improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Work with content and social media teams to strengthen organic reach.
- Track results and recommend improvements based on data.
- Stay current on search algorithm changes, SEO trends, and AI search optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven success improving SEO rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
- Experience with backlink strategy and domain authority growth.
- Understanding of AI search visibility and generative engine optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and proven results. Candidates with a documented history of improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, generating qualified leads, and strengthening AI search visibility will be considered for the top end of the salary range.
This position also includes a monthly performance bonus for results achieved above established goals.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
