Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and supervision to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage food preparation and kitchen activities, maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
- Supervise shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely service delivery
- Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control
- Uphold food safety standards through proper food handling procedures and regular sanitation checks
- Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration, communication, and professional growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience with team management responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and food production processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage hospitality teams confidently
- Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles including interviewing, training & development, and managerial communication
- Background in casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
