Job Title: Food Hall Dishwasher
We are seeking a fast-paced, reliable, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic food hall team. Unlike a traditional restaurant, a food hall features multiple diverse culinary concepts operating under one roof. Your role is the backbone of the entire operation, ensuring that all stations have a steady supply of clean cookware and our guests have spotless tableware.

Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing Operations: Operate the commercial dishwashing machine and manage the 3-compartment sink setup to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
- Station Support: Efficiently sort and deliver clean cookware, utensils, and prep gear back to the respective food hall vendors in a timely manner.
- Busing & Sorting: Assist front-of-house staff during peak hours by collecting, sorting, and scraping soiled dishes from the communal dining areas.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain the dish pit area by keeping it clean, organized, and free of standing water. Safely handle and replenish cleaning chemicals.
- Waste Management: Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins throughout the food hall and dispose of waste in designated dumpsters.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local health department regulations, food safety guidelines, and OSHA safety standards.
