This is a consultative, education-first role. You’ll spend your day answering questions, building trust, and helping people understand how our products fit their goals. What You’ll Do
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Support
- Answer inbound phone calls and online inquiries from customers interested in our products.
- Provide clear, knowledgeable answers about saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy beds, and other recovery products.
- Guide customers through features, benefits, pricing, and the buying process to help them make confident decisions.
- Follow up with interested customers to answer remaining questions and close sales.
Business (B2B) Demos
- Conduct virtual product demos for business clients, walking them through recovery rooms, product offerings, and how our model works.
- Qualify business opportunities and identify customer needs.
- Route larger business accounts to company leadership for advanced discussions and closing.
General
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Represent the [Company Name] brand with a helpful, professional, and low-pressure approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with a warm, customer-focused manner.
- Comfort explaining products and guiding customers through a purchase decision.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or recovery is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools (Zoom, etc.) and basic CRM software.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling wellness, fitness, or high-consideration consumer products.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling.
- Background in recovery, physical therapy, athletics, or a related space.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead territory development initiatives effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for pipeline management and analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills for conducting product demos, technical explanations, and negotiations confidently.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Skilled in inside sales techniques including cold calling and direct sales approaches to maximize outreach efforts.
- Experience in account management with a focus on upselling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts across various channels.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, territories, and sales activities efficiently. Join us as a Sales Advisor where your energy fuels growth!
