TMC Service Co. is a growing residential and commercial property maintenance company looking to hire a dependable Lead Handyman and General Labor Helpers. We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and treating our customers right.
Lead Handyman Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repairs and patching
- Trim, doors, windows, and basic carpentry
- Flooring installation and repairs
- General home repairs and maintenance
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs (experience preferred)
- Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
- Read work orders and complete jobs with minimal supervision
- Lead and train helpers on job sites
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Lead Requirements
- 3+ years of handyman or construction experience
- Strong painting experience required
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work from ladders
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance
General Labor Helper Responsibilities
- Assist with painting and prep work
- Material handling and job site cleanup
- Help with carpentry, repairs, demolition, and installations
- Learn multiple trades while working alongside experienced technicians
Helper Requirements
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Able to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
