We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams and help drive projects from bid stage through successful completion.

What You'll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales Associates, Estimators, and Project Managers by:
- Preparing and managing project quotes, proposals, and bid submissions
- Tracking project opportunities and maintaining accurate bid logs
- Coordinating pricing, lead times, and vendor communications
- Submitting proposals through platforms such as BuildingConnected, Procore, and similar systems
- Managing project documentation, including submittals, transmittals, purchase orders, and correspondence
- Coordinating samples, material requests, and delivery logistics
- Maintaining change order logs and ensuring project updates are communicated effectively
- Supporting project teams throughout the lifecycle of awarded projects
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
What We're Looking ForPreferred Background
Candidates with experience in construction, commercial flooring, building materials, architecture, engineering, estimating, or project coordination are strongly encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate understands the pace and demands of a project-based construction environment and can confidently manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with FileMaker, BuildingConnected, Vista, or similar platforms is a plus
