We are a pool & spa service company looking to hire an employee to service a route of 50 to 60 pools in the Temecula Valley.
You will provide pool cleaning and service expertise to your customers on a weekly basis. Base route count is 50-60 pools per week and is meant to be accomplished in a 40-hour work week. You will be provided a vehicle and tools to manage your route, service, clean, and balance pool chemistry for your customers’ pools. You will bring smiles to your customers each week!

- Can work outdoors during all seasons
- Are able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
- Have a valid driver’s license, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
- Smartphone with data and GPS.
Full job description
- Test water and add chemicals as needed
- Empty skimmers and pump strainer
- Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
- Brush steps, walls and tiles
- Skim debris off surface
- Check pool equipment
- Backwash filters
- Record work performed
- Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Full-time available. No experience necessary but may or may not be beneficial.
