Paramount Staffing is hiring Hearing Ambassadors for onsite positions at healthcare hearing centers.
This is an entry-level opportunity — no previous hearing industry experience is required. Paid training is provided.
As a Hearing Ambassador, you will engage with customers, educate them about hearing health, and schedule appointments with hearing specialists.
- Engage with customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Educate customers about hearing health and available services
- Schedule hearing tests and appointments
- Make approximately 30–50 outbound calls per day
- Follow up with previous customers and referrals
- Promote hearing products and services
- Participate in community and promotional events
- Build relationships and generate qualified leads
- Spend most of your day interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
- Strong customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working toward daily goals
- Dependable and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
No previous hearing experience required — we will train you!
