Maintenance Worker/Handyman

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman to help take care of our property. If you are a jack-of-all-trades who takes pride in doing good work and helping others, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
General repairs, groundskeeping, basic plumbing, electrical, water/sewer, carpentry, ability to run some light equipment, hand tools, power tools, etc. willing to work outdoors in all conditions. Snow removal experience (plowing/sanding/salting) Assist with odd jobs, work orders, home repairs, as directed by Management.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
