American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU travel assignment in Billings, MT, requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience and active MT or compact RN licensure.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within an acute care hospital setting

Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)

12-week contract

Charting performed in Epic EMR
-
Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
-
On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts

Active RN license in Montana or a compact state license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required

Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS (certifications must not expire prior to the assignment start date)

PALS or NRP may be required as appropriate for the unit

Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience required

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans

Performs health teaching, counseling, and executes delegated medical functions

Former permanent Intermountain employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required
