Job Overview
At 365 Mechanical, we're not looking for "just another Tech." We’re looking for a true HVAC Service professional — someone with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in commercial service, diagnostics, and maintenance. The right candidate knows how to keep complex systems running right the first time, values professionalism, and takes pride in precise, efficient service. Experience with STULZ, Liebert, and Mitsubishi systems is a major plus.
Note: This is a service and repair position for Commercial Customers - NOT an installation role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment
- Replace or upgrade commercial HVAC components when needed
- Accurately document service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs
- Operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
- Communicate effectively with customers, facility managers, and internal teams
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of verifiable commercial HVAC service experience (not residential or construction)
- Hands-on experience with package units and commercial equipment up to at least 30 tons
- Strong mechanical knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Experience with STULZ and Mitsubishi systems (preferred)
- Clean driving record and ability to manage multiple service calls daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mission-critical or data center cooling systems
- Welding or basic metal fabrication skills
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
