The incumbent will provide direct outpatient clinical, prevention, and educational services to children, adolescents, and adults; to include crisis intervention.
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Substance abuse and/or Mental Health counseling or related field from an accredited university as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor or dual licensure with at least one year of experience as a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
- At least three years of experience in providing substance abuse counseling (group/individual/family) services.
- Required to have an OSBI clearance, must not have convictions.

- Ability to plan own work and carry out assignments effectively.
- Ability to communicate with other effectively both orally and in writing in working out solutions to problems or questions relating to work.
- Ability to establish rapport and gain the confidence of others (physicians, nurses, patients, and associates).
- Knowledge of the cultural and social backgrounds of the Native American population.Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
- Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity
- Frequent lifting (up to 15 lbs)
- Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs)
