We are a family-owned and operated residential property in Tucson looking for a motivated, leasing consultant to join our team. You'll work closely with the property manager and play a key role in the day-to-day success of our community — from welcoming prospective residents to supporting property operations.
What you'll do:
- Conduct property tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Process rental applications, verify documentation, and perform background and credit screenings
- Assist the property manager with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to current resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns
- Support rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and lease renewal follow-up
- Help ensure the property is well-maintained, market-ready, and in compliance with fair housing laws
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in property management, leasing, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy working with people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a strong plus
