Line Cook – Tiger Sun Restaurant & Lounge

Tiger Sun Restaurant & Lounge is hiring dependable and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for people who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain high food-quality standards, and work well with the rest of the BOH team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and food quality
- Complete prep work and restock the line as needed
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Keep up with service during high-volume periods
- Follow direction from the Sous Chef and kitchen leadership
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
