We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join our award-winning team in our very newly remodeled dealership.

Essential Duties:
- Perform at a high level maintaining an above-industry average PVR and product pen.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
- Obtain finance approvals for auto loans for our customers.
- Manage contracts and receive funding quickly.
- Meet dealership sales and F&I goals.
- Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding finance options & products sold.
- Maintain great lender relationships.
- Clearly explain all aspects of a customer’s purchase
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting.
- Must be a Notary or able to become a Notary in the State of Oregon
- Customer Service Professional
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience, minimum of 3 years
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
- Ability to effectively establish customer relationships & present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
- Skill and ability to sell.
- 18 years or older
- Acceptable driving record & a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
- Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
