A Machine Operator installs, fixes and operates various types of machinery. Their main duties include performing routine maintenance checks, following strict safety regulations and guidelines and operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment.

Run machine based on product and process parameters

Verify correct materials and labels before starting

Monitor Machine Performance During Production

Inspect product quality for seals, weight, and labeling

Ensure packaging and product meet specifications and quantity

Complete batch record documentation accurately

Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning

High school diploma required
-
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery and an understanding of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP (12 yrs exp.)
