GridSource is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to serve as the central point of coordination, communication, and escalation between GridSource and one of our largest telecommunications clients. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment and build credibility quickly. You will own the day-to-day health of the relationship — driving alignment across internal teams, keeping commitments on track, and making sure issues are surfaced and resolved before they become problems.
About the Role
The Strategic Account Manager is the connective tissue between our field operations and the client's leadership. You will translate client priorities into clear internal action, keep both sides aligned on status and risk, and represent GridSource in market visits and quarterly business reviews. Success in this role depends on strong relationship management, disciplined follow-through, and fluency in the services our division delivers: Broadband Installation and Repair, Buried Service Wire, and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) greenfield and retrofit installation. As the division grows, this role has the potential to expand into building and leading a team.
