Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expert drink preparation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment.
- Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements; certifications related to alcohol serving are a plus.
- Experience for managing large groups or special events.
