This role combines exceptional patient care, education, customer service, and hands-on SoftWave Therapy treatments to help our patients heal and thrive.

What You'll DoDeliver an Exceptional Patient Experience
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Build genuine relationships with patients and their families.
- Create a positive, encouraging experience from check-in through treatment.
- Answer questions and educate patients about their care plans and wellness goals.
- Help prospective patients confidently navigate their first visit and understand the benefits of care.
Provide SoftWave Therapy
- Prepare patients for SoftWave Therapy treatments.
- Administer SoftWave Therapy according to doctor-established protocols.
- Monitor patient comfort and communicate progress or concerns with the chiropractor.
- Reinforce treatment recommendations and home care instructions.
- Document treatments accurately in the patient record.
- Prepare, clean, sanitize, and maintain treatment rooms and SoftWave equipment.
Support Clinical & Office Operations
- Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic systems.
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Communicate clearly with patients in person and over the phone.
- Assist with inventory and treatment room organization.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional office environment.
Community Outreach
- Participate in practice marketing events, workshops, and community outreach opportunities.
- Represent Serving Life Chiropractic with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Occasionally assist with evening or weekend events.
The Ideal Candidate
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 2 years of customer service or patient care experience.
- Enjoy building authentic relationships and making people feel welcome.
- Have experience in a chiropractic, medical, wellness, fitness, or physical therapy setting (preferred but not required).
- Love educating and encouraging others.
- Are organized and comfortable using technology and electronic medical records.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Have an incredible work ethic and take pride in doing things well.
- Are dependable, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Believe in natural health and wellness.
- Have a heart for serving children, expecting mothers, and growing families.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team with shared goals.
What You'll Bring
- CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Confidence learning and operating clinical equipment.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for most of the workday.
- Frequently bend, reach, kneel, and move throughout the clinic.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Use hands repetitively while operating treatment equipment.
- Maintain visual awareness of patient comfort and treatment progress.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday with flexibility during patient hours.
Marketing and community events are held approximately 1 to 2 times per month outside normal office hours. Occasional weekend availability is required with advance notice.
