Dynamic Media is the world’s largest music-for-business reseller, serving thousands of recurring subscription customers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Billing & Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base with billing inquiries, account maintenance, and friendly payment reminders.
This role combines inbound customer support with outbound payment follow-ups, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while staying organized and on top of accounts receivable tasks.
Candidate must be based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing questions, account updates, and payment processing
- Make outbound calls to send friendly payment reminders and follow up on outstanding balances
- Receive and process incoming payments accurately
- Update and maintain the accounts receivable database and customer information systems
- Follow a monthly accounts receivable schedule for payment reminders where multiple calls to different locations may be necessary to collect payment and update contacts
- Confirm customer satisfaction with our services and escalate issues when needed
- Work independently and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or customer support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Initiative to search for information online and solve customer issues
- Professional demeanor and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service

Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday
- Must be based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
