Northridge Roofing and Exteriors is hiring motivated individuals to join our sales team. We’ll teach you how to canvas neighborhoods, inspect roofs, work with insurance adjusters, and close deals. If you’re reliable, hungry to learn, and good with people, you’ll fit right in.
We are seeking qualified lead setters who are results driven and want to make uncapped earnings. If you have experience with D2D Sales and lead setting and love being outside this position could be for you. This is a commission only position
Duties
- Door to door canvassing and lead setting.
- Track areas you knock.
- Input homeowner info into your phone and set appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to sales closure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technology products, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in outbound calling and telemarketing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical sales is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
