Hermel Vending and Hermel Wholesale are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee all branch operations and report directly to the President.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and support multiple branch managers across both companies
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations
- Drive accountability, process improvement, and operational excellence
- Provide regular reports and updates to the President
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing operations and leading managers (vending, wholesale, distribution, or logistics experience preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through — this is non-negotiable
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- High integrity and a results-driven mindset
