Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone communication and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage hotel reservations using property management systems.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accurate records of guest stays.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to act swiftly and appropriately in any situation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests or vendors over the phone or in person.
- Support guest relations efforts by fostering positive interactions that promote loyalty and repeat visits.
