Description:
Judd & Black Appliance is an 85-year-old, locally owned and family operated independent appliance and barbeque retailer with six locations in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
Summary of Position:
Entry level position for Customer Service Representative / Call Taker. Responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls, scheduling service calls and assisting customers. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional duties include cataloguing parts and maintaining daily and weekly reports.
Wages/Schedule:
- $19.77 - $21.00 per hour. (Starting wage is $19.77)
- Full Time – 40hrs per week.
- Saturdays Required.
- Pay increase based upon performance and rate of proficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have a professional and courteous attitude.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Capable of using multi-line phones.
- Capable of using standard Windows based computers/programs.
- Be able to type efficiently and accurately.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to effectively handle customer problems and conflicts.
- Have the ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Be able to read, write and speak English.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly, up to 75lbs occasionally.
