Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping people, staying organized, and being part of a strong team?
Quality Automotive is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing shop. We are a busy, well-established repair facility that values honesty, communication, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous automotive service advising experience required (2+ years).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to build trust and educate customers.

Comfortable using shop management and digital inspection software (Tekmetric experience a plus).

Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and guide them through the repair process.

Communicate vehicle needs clearly and honestly.

Prepare estimates and schedule repairs.

Coordinate workflow with technicians.
-
Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
Help deliver a smooth, transparent customer experience.
