Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Lead, train, and hold team members accountable
- Improve systems for efficiency, retention, and patient experience
- Track and report key performance metrics (visits, collections, conversions)
- Help drive patient volume, retention, and revenue growth
- Ensure a high-energy, positive, and professional clinic culture
Compensation Structure
- Base Pay plus performance bonus(based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Based on clinic growth, collections, and key metrics
- Growth Opportunity: Leadership track with increased compensation as the clinic grows
***High performers should expect to earn significantly more than base pay.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office management, healthcare, or team leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with accountability and performance metrics
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Bonus Points For:
- Chiropractic or medical office experience
- Experience with sales, patient conversion, or retention strategies
