Establish innovative public relations strategies to enhance our presence in the Boston community
Work as Part-time (20 hours per week)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (CPT or OPT required for international students)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Promote company brand and enhance brand awareness
Manage and operate social media accounts with professional and compelling content, including but not limited to social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, etc.
Support the company and its real estate agents, and use your capabilities to help them target more customers
Organize related marketing activities in line with the company’s business needs
Take photos of events we host and potential properties we manage
Before obtaining the Salesperson license, your responsibility is to find potential customers and help the Agent complete the sale or lease; after obtaining the Salesperson license, you can become a real estate agent to find more customers and complete more transactions. *

Demonstrate correct judgment of language professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English, able to write eye catching blogs
Ability to handle work orderly under a busy and stressful environment
Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
Ability to prioritize according to task urgency
Good at developing interpersonal relationships and developing potential customers
Ability to quickly learn new applications related to real estate, market analysis and social media management
Basic photography skills
Basic graphic design skills
Good instincts for social media trends, aesthetics and styles
