Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue and profit goals by optimizing operations and guest experience.
- Establish and execute business plans by assessing market demand, analyzing competitors, and developing marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by auditing service, food, and beverage quality, and initiating continuous improvements.
- Lead recruiting, training, and development for management and staff to foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
- Manage budgets, financial controls, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant facility while upholding brand standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or full-service dining.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams for exceptional service.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent customer focus, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to grow sales through strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement.
