Office Pride Commercial Cleaning is urgently hiring for a Team Lead in Evansville, IN. This position has 3 key parts: 1) they will fill in for areas where positions are open until we fill those positions or when another cleaner calls off, 2) they will train new team members, 3) they perform inspections at locations that have been cleaned. They will also have their own locations that they will be responsible to clean each night which are paid at the rate of $14hr. Any Team Lead duties are paid at the $15hr rate. Other Team Lead tasks are not limited to items such as making visits with the other employees during the evening to refill supplies. These positions are Monday-Friday ranging from 6P-10pm. They start immediately. We are looking for individuals who are ready to work with an eye for detail. You must be able to pass a criminal background check and have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license. 2 references will be required and checked for all those who apply. References must be on hand before performing the interview.
