Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Lynwood, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $23–$26/hr
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Setting: Onsite
Overview
Under the supervision of the PACE Supervisor, the CNA provides hands-on support to participants across the day center and community settings. This role assists with daily care, meal services, activities, and escorts participants to external appointments while ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen organization
- Support participants with feeding, personal care, and transfers
- Escort/accompany participants to outside medical appointments
- Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities
- Monitor and document participant care and participation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper food handling standards
- Collaborate with care team and report changes in participant condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Food Handler Certificate (or obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with geriatric or disabled populations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin) (preferred)

- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Assist with participant mobility and transfers
- Ability to travel locally for appointments as needed
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
